Refund Policy

At DEXArea, we are committed to providing you with reliable and trustworthy services. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we want to ensure you have a positive experience with our platform. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to help.

Our Commitment to You

We take full responsibility for our services. If something goes wrong on our end, we will fully refund the platform fee. You can count on us to make things right in the following situations:

  • The service failed due to a technical error on our platform
  • The transaction was not completed correctly by our system
  • There was a specific problem with the DEXArea service

Please note: Network fees (blockchain transaction fees) are paid directly to the Solana network and are non-refundable, as they are outside of our control.

Refund Requests

How to Request a Refund

We're here to help! If you need to request a refund, please reach out to our friendly support team through our online chat within 7 days of the transaction. To help us assist you quickly, please have the following information ready:

  • Transaction signature (TX ID)
  • Wallet address used
  • Service type and date
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting documentation

Our dedicated team will carefully review your request within 24 hours maximum and notify you of the decision via email. We aim to resolve all refund requests as quickly and fairly as possible.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we'll process it promptly:

  • Refunds will be sent to the original wallet address used for the transaction
  • Processing time: within 1 hour maximum after approval
  • We will refund the full platform fee (network fees are non-refundable as they are paid to the Solana network)
  • Refunds will be made in SOL (Solana) directly to your wallet
